Old Business:

Still trying to set a date to meet with the Sacred Heart Parish Council.

St. Veronica’s - Met with Council and had good conversation with them

about our collaboration thus far and possible collaborations in the future.

We should make sure we meet again.

Bulletin Thank You’s - We need to come up with names of peoplee to put in our bulletin on a regular basis to thank for all their hard work for our parish.

”Theatre of the Word” – it is scheduled for February 21, 2009 at St. Paul’s.

We need to cleanup the hall after the holidays for this upcoming event.

Faith is our Future - December 10 is our Advanced Commitment date.

New Business:

Evangelization – Katrin brought an example of an Advent/Christmas schedule that was distributed in a neighboring community.  We decided that this was something we should do for Lent/Easter Masses.  To be distributed before Ash Wednesday.  Will work on in Jan/Feb.

Vision 21 Meeting – Sherry and Katrin attended.  They held small group discussions.  There were 15 districts represented who shared their ideas.

Education Symposium – Sherry attended.  There were representatives from 119 schools, including 13 high schools and 5 colleges.  Three schools have closed recently and enrollment had a 2.11% decrease.  Sherry gave Sue some information from the meeting for pass along to the STAA Board members.
